In response to strong demand from both occupiers and investors for prime logistics and industrial accommodation, the company has acted as advisors on a broad cross section of developments ranging from iPort, Doncaster, one of the UK’s largest logistics hubs, where the company acted on behalf of the developers Verdion, in securing funding from the Health of Ontario Pension Plan, to the more recent acquisition of Watermead Business Park, Leicester, a 500,000 sq.ft. development to be undertaken by its clients Rotherhill.

Other notable transactions include the following:

• Funding advisors to ICG in respect of its £300 million investment in the Jaguar Land Rover Global Parts Logistics Centre in the East Midlands.
•  Acting on behalf of Verdion, the company has secured the funding of the €200 million logistics hub at Solrod, Copenhagen from Aviva Investors, creating one of the largest parks of its kind in Denmark.
•  Funding advisors to Carta Real Estate on its 800,000 sq.ft. distribution hub with direct access to the A1 motorway at Grantham.
